Go cycling in the Pyrenees and escape to the summits: Tourmalet, Aspin, Peyresourde... The slopes of the Col du Tourmalet are world-famous for road cycling and attract many cycling enthusiasts in the wake of the Tour de France climbers. The Hautes-Pyrénées also offers mountain bikers nearly 1600 km of marked trails for all levels. Take the chairlift up, then ride down the mountain side on a mountain bike!

Hiking

The Hautes-Pyrénées invites you to discover its 3,000 km of marked trails to indulge your favourite passion: hiking ! From our campsite in Luz-Saint-Sauveur, many itineraries allow you to escape to the summits, in the heart of the Pyrenees National Park. Discover the Sainte-Marie castle, the Napoleon bridge, the Mensongé waterfalls, the villages of Esquièze-Sère, Grust, Sazos and Saligos, or the Gèdre gorges.

Horse riding

Are you a horse lover? Take advantage of your stay in the Pyrenees to go horse riding in the mountains at Barèges, tour the Pays Toy valley or discover the Lienz plateau. Another option: a pony ride for the children or a ride with a pack donkey on the trails of the Val d'Azun.

Canyoning and white water sports

In the Hautes-Pyrénées, the Luz and Troumouse valleys are perfect for canyoning, especially the Ossoue Canyon, the Gloriettes Canyon and the Héas Canyon. Your camping holiday will also be the opportunity to practice many white water sports such as rafting, hydrospeed, canoraft or canoeing on the Gave de Pau.
